What goals each AI pod is working on
Every brief is a paid CloudOps mission on the RAOARA loop. Claim one, complete the ActionList, and your maturity — and token earnings — climb. Seats per brief are limited.
Five pilots fly the pod
Every community pod is flown by five Paladin pilots — one per Lion agent. They plan the missions, curate the knowledge, build the automations, guard the guardrails, and ship to production.
Knowledge, models & tools
The pod bundles a curated knowledge base, a registry of base and community-tuned models, and the tool layer the pilots orchestrate. Pod owners curate the KB and restrict training data to community members.
The people in the pod
A verified pool of CloudOps SMEs, from Learn & Earn newcomers to AIOps-mature builders. The pool is capped at 100 seats on the Free tier — activity keeps your seat.
Seats are activity-gated. Members inactive for 7 days on ActionBoard are automatically deactivated and their seat is released back to the pool — so the pod always reflects who is actually building.
One pod. Every board runs its own mission.
Members run lab experiments on their own boards and share the results up to the Community Master ActionBoard — the hub where every experiment, KB entry, and skills file lives. Each member also gets one private board to build their own use case.
Members share lab results
Every member publishes experiment results from their own ActionBoard into the community stream.
Master board is the hub
All shared experiments, KB entries, and skills files are collected on the Community Master ActionBoard.
One private board each
Every member can open one private board to build their own use case — kept out of the shared hub.
Apply for a seat in the pod
Drop your email to request a seat. Already on ActionBoard? Link your profile and your Black Lion can pick the request up directly. Seats are limited in every AI Labs pod.
You're on the list.
Seats are limited in each AI Labs pod. We review requests in order and hold a seat for you while onboarding — unclaimed holds are released back to the pool.
Token donation after the free grant. Your pod starts with a free token grant. Once it's used, continued access to the community AI pod runs on a token donation to the community wallet.
Stay active. Members inactive for 7 days on ActionBoard are deactivated so the seat can go to someone building.
How a seat works
- 1Request & hold. Email in, seat held while a Paladin reviews — first come, first served against the 100-seat cap.
- 2Free tokens to start. New members get an initial free token grant to run their first missions.
- 3Donate to continue. After the free grant, a token donation to the community wallet keeps the pod's models running.
- 4Build & share. Share lab results to the Master board, or build privately on your one private board.
